Duvel 666 (Belgium)
6.66% ABV | Mild, expressive and based on the noble and exclusive hop varieties Saaz and Styrian Golding. The flavour is then balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, which also involves the dry-hopping method.


Bosteels Kwak (Belgium)
6.8% ABV | Belgian Imperial Amber with strong yeast/malt character, notes of banana and caramel.


Ithaca Saison (NY)
8% ABV | American Saison brewed using a blend of Belgian Saison and American Ale yeast.


Grow Cryo Luminescent IPA (NY)
6% ABV | Brewed with a blend of lager and ale yeasts, Citra, Columbus, Cryo Ekuanot, and Vic Secret hops, and then dry-hopped in cold fermentation with Cryo Simcoe.


Gaffel Kolsch (Germany)
4.8% ABV | Brewed with an ale yeast then lagered for a crisp, subtle fruit and hop finish.


Utica Club (Utica, NY)
4.8% ABV | American pilsner lager from barley malt.


Sloop Green NEIP
6.5% ABV | Unfiltered IPA brewed with oats for a slightly silky smooth body; the hops give the beer dank, citrusy, tropical notes.


Lindeman's Framboise
2.5% ABV | To make Framboise, raspberry juice is added to Lindeman's lambic.


New Belgium La Folie (CO)
7% ABV | Flemish Sour Brown Ale fermented in stainless then transferred to barrels for 1-4 years of aging then blended to taste.


Fullers ESB (England)
5.9% ABV | One of the most decorated ales of its time, it’s a strong, full-bodied ale with smooth, mellow bitterness.


Founders Green Zebra Sour (MI)
4.6% ABV | Subtly sour and sweet Gose with watermelon, light hops, juiciness, soft mouthfeel, and a dry finish.


Stone Arrogant Bastard (CA)
7.2% ABV | “Strong Ale brought forth upon an unsuspecting public in 1997, Arrogant Bastard Ale openly challenged the tyrannical overlords who were brazenly attempting to keep Americans chained in the shackles of poor taste.” Malty, hoppy, bitter.


Guinness Ale, nitro (Ireland)
4.3% ABV | Deep red hue and rich, creamy head delivers a distinctively smooth and flavourful taste.


Pilsner Urquell
4.4% ABV | Balanced Saaz hop bite with caramel sweetness from the triple-decocted malt; and a thick head of dense wet foam adding smoothness and sealing in the flavor, aroma, and natural carbonation.


Copper City Coco Barrel Stout
11% ABV | Barrel-aged Imperial Stout with notes of bourbon, chocolate, smoke, and coffee.


Prison City Hibercation Vanilla Porter

Pressed sandwich served with chips or tater tots & pickle. Spicy chipotle and southwest sauce on Italian, with layered red onion, ham, meatball, salami, pepperoni and fresh mozzarella.


The Third Rail
Served with a pickle and choice of potato chips or tater tots. Freshly sliced, au jus dipped roast beef on kaiser roll over spicy chipotle sauce, red onion, and topped with pepperoni and mozzarella.


Saturday Matinee
A deliciously crafted pressed sandwich featuring fresh-cut turkey, salami, provolone, onion, cherry peppers (for a little spice :)), tomatoes, and dijon - all on a bun.
